Today was so AMAZING!

Today was not just Mother's Day, it was just amazing all the way around! Although my hubby was called out to work, he made it back by noon... we relaxed made breakfast (late) and watched a movie, then we all got showered and dressed, headed to my Mom's, gave her "Lantana" which is a flower, that lives very well in west texas dry heat... She was happy, and that made me happy! Plus, you know I just hate it, when you fail to say I love you, just on holidays.... so it was nice to hear that and get a BIG hug! We all loaded up, and met at Logan's Roadhouse for dinner, there were over 30 of us! It was absolutely amazing! I just love this kind of stuff, and although some might say "utter chaos", I just grin and say "it's life". My 80 year Grandmother, whom I adore, well... we ALL adore... we even fight for her attention..LOL

My Mom, my Dad, Wayne, my brothers, their wives and even Billie who is my sis n laws mom, all the way down from Canada...! My aunts, uncles, their kids! It was just awesome... did I say that already? LOL! Laughing, hugging, crying, laughing more... just acting crazy! I love this FAMILY.... And tonight, God once again, made me realize how extremely blessed I am....

And to end this amazing day........A TOTAL FOOT MASSAGE! You rock baby! HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY! Here we are in all our CRAZINESS!

Somebody Save Me! FLOODED again!

OK, so I posted telling you all about how we had major storms last week, rotating clouds spotted, hail size of hens eggs, yadda-yadda... BUT I never got a chance to show you, the rain water that basically drowned my yard front and back... and then did it again, just yesterday.!

Oh, and listen to my LAME BRAIN ( I should've been a blonde) IDEA! Duh! Well, it's flooded yesterday again, front and back it rained from 4 am yesterday till 4 pm... and I mean we have a crappy piece of land floods everytime! So, I tell Ashlynne, who happens to be home sick, Im got this bright idea to "tie"plastic baggies from HEB on my feet to protect my shoes and socks... WRONG.........Oh my gosh, Im screaming Ashlynne, help, help, in the process the bags are literally "filling and HOLDING water exact opposite of what I wanted right!!!??? So I bend over to try and tie them tighter, and PLOP there goes the keys to the "RENTAL" car cause ours is in the SHOP again! and they sink! So Im fishing through nasty rain water for a setof keys that has remote doors locks etc... and praying to God it didnt just short that out... and my dd is laughing... So I RUN, and I dont stop, almost breaking my neck to get to the car!

Another QUICK one today

Well, we had storms all morning and afternoon.... and I decided to pass the time scrapping a page... in between dropping Teagen off to Mother's Day Out , picking him back up, dropping the car off to be serviced, going back to get a rental, coming back home to spend almost 2 hours at my Mom's ( cause of the storm) and then yet again leaving to go pick up my other kiddos... TA-DA! Im done!! Im trying to use my STASH up, and I know it's older stuff, but it is still good paper... This scrapbook industry is sooooooooooo fast paced, I dont think I can ever keep up! LOL Thanks for Looking, yet again!

I didnt realize we had "specific" questions to answer, and I just made a list of "10" on this one... Anyhow, I really had fun with this one, painted, and sewed a bit... Again... Snow Day ...It's a rare thing!

Well, here's ACTUAL proof!!! We had SNOW in Odessa, Tx back in January! This is both of my daughter's proud to show me thier fur coats Granny had bought them... CHRISTMAS IN MAY????

Yep, you're so right! When you have 4 kiddos, and three in the same photo, what's a Mommy to do??? Well, of course you scrap all 3 a layout for them to cherish... and although the photo is the same, each layout is unique in it's own way... I finished all my Busy Bee DT work, but I cant post till Monday the 7th... I can say I used the most fun paper Ive worked with in a very LONG time! Dream Street Papers! Awesome! I would so love to design for them!! Or any Manufactuer!! I just love what I do, it's so relaxing and fun! Well.. here they are, and Im off to register for Cheerleading, and then both girls have artwork chosen to displayed at the local gallery. Im so very proud! *only have 2 uploaded so far..need to take a pic of the other*
